I. Evaluation Principles

  1. Academic Orientation Principle Evaluation is primarily based on the academic depth of the work, methodological coherence, and professional level of completion.

  2. Thematic Alignment Principle Special emphasis is placed on how effectively the work interprets, translates, and articulates the theme “Generative Metamorphosis.”

  3. Originality and Innovation Principle Original inquiry and effective innovation in concept, medium, narrative, technique, or exhibition format are strongly encouraged.

  4. Professionalism and Procedural Integrity Principle The evaluation process follows unified standards, standardized procedures, and collective deliberation to ensure expertise, fairness, and transparency.

  5. International Dialogue Principle Priority is given to works with cross-cultural legibility, international communication potential, and public-discourse relevance.
