Yan Yiru

Yan Yiru (Cainy), born in Chengdu, China in 1994, is an interdisciplinary emerging artist based in London. She graduated from the Royal College of Art with a major in Information Experience Design. Focused on giving voice to neglected and forgotten narratives, her artistic practice spans a variety of media, including photography, print, installation, digital art, live performance, experimental music and spatial sound field design, exploring post-existentialism and spirituality. , studies the fields of nature, technology, materiality, humanities, religion and the occult. Many of her works have been exhibited in famous venues, events and numerous art festivals around the world, including IRCAM Pompidou in Paris, Canal Dream Art Festival in London, IKLECTIK Experimental Music Base in London, London Design Week, China Araya Migratory Birds 300, China No Theater does not wait in the screening room.
