Cecilia Xixi Liu is a painter living in London. She studied for a master's degree in the Illustration Department of Kingston University School of Art. As a creator, she has a strong passion for painting and illustration. Her art revolves around the visualization of abstract concepts and exploring the relationship between ideas and space. After receiving a systematic art education in graphic design at school, her passion for painting drove her to teach herself oil painting and create in a traditional way. Thinking and imagination together constitute her artistic concept, and her philosophical and literary background gave her the impetus to try to combine images and narratives. She calls this attempt to find the area where the easel and the bookshelf overlap.
